Elspeth Harley-Hunt


Elspeth is an associate in our employment team. Elspeth has advised both employers and senior executives on a variety of areas of employment law and provides pragmatic advice on issues that arise throughout the employment relationship.

Elspeth has extensive litigation experience, having dealt with claims in the Employment Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal. In particular, Elspeth has advised on claims involving discrimination and unfair dismissal. She has also helped settle disputes outside of court, by drafting and advising on settlement agreements. 

Elspeth is an active member for our Diversity and Inclusion networks and co-chairs the firm's LGBTQ+ network. She has a particular interest in advising clients on implementing inclusive work practises and has advised on claims relating to sexual orientation and sex discrimination.

Elspeth also provides ad-hoc and advice and support to HR teams and carries out employee due diligence for corporate transactions.
